Raised by the Hasegawa Group Ranch under the Tokushima Mitsuboshi Beef program, this particular line is classified as a “Silver Star” — an F1 crossbreed developed by combining the rich characteristics of Japanese wagyu with the balanced meat texture and stronger beef flavor of carefully selected crossbred genetics.
The result is a style of beef that offers:
